Most restaurants are live in days, not weeks. We provide full assistance through go-live — setting up the restaurant, loading staff, configuring rules and running the first cycle alongside you.

Yes — much of our recent growth has been with multi-site franchise groups. The platform supports per-restaurant configuration with group-level reporting, role-based permissions, and standardised rollouts across sites.

Through the AdvanceX mobile app. They can transfer to any South African bank account (weekday transfers before midday land same-day, excluding inter-bank transfers), draw cash cardless at any of 5,000+ ATMs, buy airtime and data, or top up prepaid electricity — all directly from the app.

Yes — security sits at the centre of how AdvanceX is built. The entire platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure, giving us enterprise-grade infrastructure, redundancy and data protection out of the box. AdvanceX is also backed by the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, which gives us direct access to Microsoft engineering support and the latest security tooling. On top of that: multi-factor authentication protects every staff account, every action by every user is logged in a full audit trail, and funds are held securely until withdrawal.
